We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us regarding any issues.

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

To report an issue, please contact us at info@liveartprints.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the product and packaging.

Returns are handled through our fulfillment partner. Please contact us first before sending any items back, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages and issues  
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can resolve the issue.

European Union 14 day cooling off period  
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days.

Please note that due to the made-to-order nature of our products, this right may be limited to defective or incorrect items only.
